First off my hair cut is exactly what I asked for very happy with that. However, I will never be returning to this location after my experience there. I checked in online and was told to arrive at 5pm. I arrived a few minutes early, and sat and sat and sat. I ended up waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes for a 10 minute trim. For some reason, the person in front of me didn't check in his child and was allowed to group them into one appointment. Nobody said anything to me other than let me sit there and wait for all that time. Additionally, same customer and child did not wear a mask the entire time they were in the store and nothing was said to them. When i go back I see others getting their hair cut not wearing masks and assumed to do the same. I was snapped at and told to put my mask back on. While I am happy with how my hair was cut I will not be returning and would strongly encourage others to go elsewhere.

I’ve been a customer here for a long time. To date I’ve never had an issue with stylists, unit appearance, or just the overall experience. Stephanie, I believe, was my stylist. I’m not one so I can’t say what happened. Everyone has an off day, I guess. My haircut seemed to be half done this time. I’m not sure if a waiting customer who’d asked for her was the issue, but it’s like I got half a haircut and beard trim. It’s difficult to see things rushing around, so I missed the obvious errors. I did ask about cutting over the ears, but that wasn’t correct either. I don’t want to get Stephanie jammed up. I just think she was rushing through me to get to the other client. I’ll be back for next time. Five or ten more minutes probably would’ve fixed my issues. I tip well; thanks for listening.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years & never had a complaint until today. Customers were allowed in without masks & masks worn incorrectly (nose outside mask). I immediately cancelled my appointment & told them why. I’ve received no apologies. I went to a different one that cares about the health & safety of its clients.
