I honestly wouldnt even give it one star. It seems like it wouldn't be difficult since all you do is listen to the customer, but apparently it is. My stylist who's name was Liv did not follow instructions at all. Her incompetence led to her asking fellow stylist what she needed to do to fix it. Stop acting like you know what your doing. Stop acting like a perfessional when you don't know what the hell your doing. It looks to me that sportsclips cares a bit more about quantity than quality. I know it's hard to find employees in these times, but stop hiring random fks on the street.

First off my hair cut is exactly what I asked for very happy with that. However, I will never be returning to this location after my experience there. I checked in online and was told to arrive at 5pm. I arrived a few minutes early, and sat and sat and sat. I ended up waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes for a 10 minute trim. For some reason, the person in front of me didn't check in his child and was allowed to group them into one appointment. Nobody said anything to me other than let me sit there and wait for all that time. Additionally, same customer and child did not wear a mask the entire time they were in the store and nothing was said to them. When i go back I see others getting their hair cut not wearing masks and assumed to do the same. I was snapped at and told to put my mask back on. While I am happy with how my hair was cut I will not be returning and would strongly encourage others to go elsewhere.
